After receiving your order, please check it carefully against the invoice or packing slip. If any item is incorrect please call or message us immediately.

We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail or call regarding problems with an order for assistance or a return authorization number. Return authorization must be requested from PowerflexUSA no later than 30 days after shipment of the product in order to be eligible for a refund or credit. Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

No returns, exchanges, or cancelations are allowed on special-order items. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund or credit is issued.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless item(s) returned due to issue at the fault of PowerflexUSA.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns not due to our error unless store credit is issued. There is no refund for shipping charges on returned items.
